It's A Boy!

We found out just a few days ago and are so excited to announce we will be welcoming another Baby Boy to our family this Fall! This weekend we had tons of family and friends join us for a huge celebration hence the tired look on Matthew's face :) Thank you all for your sweet words on Instagram and Snapchat it means the world to us, If you don't already follow us on Instagram you can see our pregnancy updates and more over there @themagnoliamom 

Kitchen & Dinning Room Reno !

We are so excited to finally be finished with our Kitchen & Dinning Room Reno!! I personally could not be happier about the way it came it out, some of the hard decisions included, the sink- we went with a large double bowl porcelain farmhouse sink, the backslash- I convinced my husband to go with white subway tile and light grey grout and of course the cabinet color we went with a lighter grey.  I have added some before pictures of when we purchased the home late last year if you have any questions on how we did anything let me know!
